Senior manager are the worst IT people in the world with so much power, to leave computers unlock to using password to “password”, there isn't a slightest moment where you wouldn't think things wouldn't go wrong. I believe in to improve the security of this problem; it will be a requirement to change passwords every thirty days, for each employee will have to do to log on. Be able to grant only Limited access including superiors, such as supervisors, where no downloadable content will be done without my consent after further research. An automatic log out after 15 min of inactivity will be very useful to prevent unauthorized access. I would also have a backup recovery for anytime a manager may have corrupt or damaged anything internally. Be able to sit down and discuss possible access for each assistant manager what need to be reported as well and have a physical key to access any confidential and intellectual property. Also based on my readings, if there would be any data that is corrupt or lost, I would also use daily backups and off site storage to help retain operations and be able to restore machines without taking weeks of work. Managers to leave things unlock leaving unauthorized users to access data, computers, etc. to be prevent that from happening, I would keep an updated policy and standard to each manual and give to each supervisor to explain to employees and sign agreement to these standards where an id will be issued out to each employee. A log monitoring will also be ideal to keep when using the ids.
Managers also causes of intentional downtime. This is a result of technical failure, human error, or attack. For example, when a manager tend to go into areas where malicious attacks are waiting for a predator to lure in, the attacks occurs and creates downtime and all even domains
