BUSN460 Team Contract Successful teams begin with guidelines that help to manage their work. For this class you and your teammates will need to create a set of rules called a Team Contract. As a team, complete all the sections listed below to build your Team Contract. Section I: Team Member Skill Inventory

Section II: Work Plan
This section should include a plan for communication and written work. * How will the team members share their work? We will utilize the discussion area in the course shell. Additionally, we will utilize e-mail and phone communication. * When will all members need to have their part of the project done so that it can be turned in on time? Team members will need to submit their respective parts of the project no later than Friday at 9pm (where assignments are due on Sunday) – this will allow for review .What will you do if members turn in work after the deadline? This is our last class. We are working professionals and late work cannot be taken lightly. We are a team first so we will draw on internal resources to help each other and stay on task. However, after two missed deadlines the team will vote on the next step. * How will you manage team members who do not participate?
