SHAH ABDUL LATIF
A very rare phenomenon pertains to Sindh, not found anywhere else in the world; that is the association of a poet and a saint with its soil, so much so that Sindh seems soulless without the name of an illustrated spiritualized poet of many dimensions, Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai, was an obtrusive missionary, a thinker, a mystic, a great scholar, a poet and a keen observer. He drew his inspiration from the Quran. There are ample facts, which prove that he had remarkably extensive knowledge of the Sindh language, thus, considered as a greatest Muslim poet of Sindhi language.
Shah Jo Risalo is a poetic compendium of famous Sindhi Sufi poet Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai. His collected poems were assembled, which exists in numerous versions and has been translated to English, Urdu, and other languages. His work has been compared frequently to great Persian poets.
The traditional compilations of Shah Jo Risalo include 30 Surs. These Surs contain Bayts which Shah Latif sang in state of ecstasy. These Bayts in the Surs concerning the life-stories of his heroines. Suhni, Sassui, Lila, Mumal, Marui, Nuri and Sorath. They are concerned with the moments of denouncements in life-stories, which he used as allegories to express his mystical experiences.
Shah Jo Risalo, written in very pure and concise Sindhi verses, is great storehouse not only for Muslims but also for the Hindus. Shah Abdul Latif has hidden his mystical ideas under layers of symbols taken from all spheres of life as well as from the classical Sufi tradition.
Shah Latif's poetry though difficult to be understood in the modern times has the depth of oceans in it. One has to strive a lot to understand the meaning and content in its true perspective. But the message of his poetry broadly speaking is, love, universality of the human race, basic equality of all human beings irrespective of their social status, dignity of labor, simplicity, hospitality and cordiality. His verses preaching love also carry a message and exhortation for struggle against tyranny and injustice.
He breathed his last in 1752. His urs commences every year from 14th Safar. He was buried at the place where his mausoleum now stands. His holy grave still attracts thousands of devotees all the year round. A literary gathering is also held where papers concerning the research work done on the life, poetry, and message is read, by scholars and renowned literary figures. His disciples and ascetics, singers and artists, gather around and sing passages from his Risalo on tambooro. Scholarly debates and exhibitions of his work and traditional Sindhi artifacts are also organized.
The rich legacy of poetry and music left behind by him will ever remain the beacons of light for the generations to come.

The Arabic word Islam means “submission” reflecting the faith's central tenet of submitting to the will of God. Followers of Islam are called Muslims. Buzkashi in Afghanistan

...Chapter 3 ------------------------------------------------- The Buzkashi Tooi The book “Buzkashi” Game in Power in Afghanistan is written by G. Whitney Azoy is introducing the Buzkashi game in Afghanistan in details, but in the third chapter of this book which is about the the Buzkashi Tooi, he describes that how this game is held in the local places. First he explains the word Tooi, rite of passage, and marriage. Then he argues that the buzkashi tooi is a Khan’s activities. According to him, Khans are those who have some kind of influence on the people of the village. He writes that the Buzkashi game has three major sections, preparation, festivities, and after math. As he writes Preparation to the Buzkashi Tooi is one of the problematic parts of the Buzkashi Tooi. It concern with material resources, such as the procurement of goods necessary, the cooking of foods, and readying the guest houses. Tooi-wala, who is the festival responsible, involves some consideration, such as himself, his closest associates, his relatives, and the hosts. These responsible people are mostly the Khans. Because the Khans are related to more people, so they need to spend more money to have a successful Tooi. They need to invite more people from far distance places. These festivals mostly occur in the Khan’s son’s marriage, because the Khan is the leader a village so hundreds of people are invited. In such festivals, Buzkashi happens, which raise the name of the Tooi-Wala. While festivities begin...

...ELEMENT OF PAKISTANI CULTURE The society and culture of Pakistan comprises numerous diverse cultures and ethnic groups: the Punjabis, Kashmiris, Sindhis in east, Muhajirs, Makrani in the south; Baloch and Pashtun in the west; and the ancient Dardic, Wakhi, and Burushocommunities in the north. These Pakistani cultures have been greatly influenced by many of the surrounding countries' cultures. The past few decades have seen emergence of a middle class in cities such asKarachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi, Hyderabad, Quetta, Faisalabad, Sukkur, Peshawar,Sialkot, Abbottabad, and Multan. Persian Literature

...Persian literature (Persian: ادبیات فارسی‎) is one of the world's oldest literatures. It spans two-and-a-half millennia, though much of the pre-Islamic material has been lost. Its sources have been within Greater Iran including present-day Iran, Irap and the Caucasus, as well as regions of Central Asia wherethe Persian Language has historically been the national language. For instance, Molana (Rumi), one of Iran's best-loved poets, born in Balkh or Vakhsh (in what is now Afganistan or Tajikistan), wrote in Persian, and lived in Konya, then the capital of the Seljuks. The Ghaznavids conquered large territories in Central and South asia and adopted Persian as their court language. There is thus Persian literature from Iran, Mesopotamia, Azerbaijan, the wider Caucasus,Turkey, western parts of Pakistan, Tajikistan and other parts of Central Asia. Not all this literature is written in Persian, as some consider works written by ethnic Persians in other languages, such as Greek and Arabic, to be included. At the same time, not all literature written in Persian is written by ethnic Persians or Iranians. Particularly, Turkic, Caucasian, and Indic poets and writers have also used the Persian language in the environment of Persianate cultures. Described as one of the great literatures of mankind, Persian literature has its roots in surviving works of Middle Persian and Old Persian, the latter of which date back as far as 522 BCE (the date of the earliest surviving Achaemenid inscription...
