In this assignment there will be a comparison of literature from prior research to assess the implementation of mental skills for sport injury rehabilitation. By using mental imagery athletes are able to familiarize themselves in a competition setting so they are not affected by some of the experiences that come with the competitive environment such as nervousness due to other competitors or the spectators.
