Sit & Reach
Suitability- Any client can do this exercise because it easy to do and requires a low amount of physical activity. The restriction would be disable people.
Reliability- If I was going to do this test again then I would have to do a quick warm up so that the my body can produce more synovial which would allow me stretch further and would change the result of the test.
Validity- the test is a reasonable way to measure the client flexibility of the client because it test the clients hamstring and lower back. If the test is done properly the result will be accurate but if done wrong then the results would be wrong.
Practicality- the test is very realistic because all it takes is one piece of equipment which is the sit and reach bench which can be found at any gym or can be brought online or in a sort store but the equipment can be very expensive which can be a letdown because not many people would want to spend lot of money on one equipment . The test fairly easy to set up all you need is a wall or a person to hold the bench so that the client can use it.
Push up
Suitability- this exercise is suitable to be done by any one, they only thing that can prevent some to do this type of exercise would if they have an injury in their shoulder or any other injuries in the arm.
Reliability- if would to do the test again the results would not be the same because the test depend on the person doing it e.g. if the person has worked on that muscle group before then he or she would tried to do the test compare to some who has not worked on the muscle would have the advantage to do more.
Validity- the test is a reasonable to test for upper body strengths but is affected by many things e.g. the clients being tired or not giving a 100 percent. This test is not reliable because the client could of done a other exercise before doing the test.
Practicality- this test is one of the easy test to done because the only equipment you need is your own body and a flat area so that when you can perform a push up easy. All in all the test can be done by anybody does not matter the fitness level.
Sit up in a minute
Suitability- this test is suitable for any client because it does not matter able your fitness level. This can be prevented by injury in the able abdominal which then the person would need to stop or he or she before he or she damage it further
Reliability- the is test depends on the person core strength if I was going to do the test again the results would be different because the person core strength would have increase from the training that they have done. it also depend on the form that they use in the test e.g. most people put their arms across their chest while other use their arm to give them momentum to came up.
Validity- this test is valid way to test the clients’ muscular endurance because it concentrating on one muscle and help to develop the abdominal as well. The test result given are realiable
Practicality- the test can be done at home or at any gym with a flat area. The only thing recommend is a mat which would make doing the test easier but buying one mat cost money which no one would what to spend on the other expense would a stop watch to keep try of time but since most people have a smart phone then they would not have to spend on buying one.
Standing long jump
Suitability- this test is suitable for any people to do at any fitness level the only thing prevent someone to do this is if they have any injury in there leg or if there are disable which would restrict the person to take part in it
Reliability- this test is based on the person physical power of the person taking part and the form that they use which mean if you have a lots of power but the wrong from then you would not jump long as some who has less power but use the right from .
Validity- this test a reasonable way to show a person power as it use the client how body to make jump and it also involves using the right techniques to max power best result.
Practicality- this test is very practical because all you need is a long measuring tape which would show an accurate results and a flat area so that you would not get any even more accurate results. Overall the test is easy to do because all the client is need to do is jump near measuring tape and a other person to write down the results.
35m sprint
Suitability- this test can be easily done by anyone at any level of fitness this would allow any person or client. The only thing preventing people to do this test would an injury in the leg or if there are disable.
Reliability- the reliability of this test can depends the person surrounding environment and mental ability of the person for e.g. if the person is doing this with group then he or she would be more determined to do better that there other around them, also the environment would affect if the are inside the would not run at their full speed the cannot stop because of the friction where if they are outside there would be able to stop at full speed.
Validity- the test is a valid way to test the client speed but the only thing that would affect the test would be the client effort level because they would not be aiming to beat the other which in return would the effect the reliability of the test.
Practicality- the 35m sprint test is easy to be done because all you need is measured area and a stop watch. The test can be done anywhere with good weather the only cost for this test would be a stop watch which can be brought on line or the app store on any smart phone.
Grip test
Suitability this test involves gripping a hand grip dynamometer which is easily done by any one. The only thing preventing some for taking the test would be that the equipment not being available to use.
Reliability- when doing this test again the result would very form high to low depending on the person e.g. if the person has been training to increase their physical strength of their forearm then their result would increase higher comparing to some who has not trained at all from the last test.
Validity- this is not a validly way to test for strength because the test only relies on the person forearm muscle not this whole body. The test does have on advantage which is that is very accurate results which make it very realiable for experiment.
Practicality- for this it would require specialist equipment which can be found in the gym or bought online which cost lot of money. The test is easy to perform but the only down side would to get the equipment.

...Mercedes and BMW have been competing head-to-head for market share in the luxury-car market for more than four decades. Back in 1959, BMW (Bayerische Motoren Werke) almost went bankrupt and nearly sold out to Daimler-Benz, the maker of Mercedes-Benz cars. BMW was able to recover to the point that in 1992 it passed Mercedes in worldwide sales. Among the reasons for BMWs success was its ability to sell models that were more luxurious than previous models but still focused on consumer quality and environmental responsibility. In particular, BMW targeted its sales pitch to the younger market, whereas Mercedes retained a more mature customer base. In response to BMWs success, Mercedes has been trying to change their image by launching several products in an effort to attract younger buyers who are interested in sporty, performance-oriented cars. BMW, influenced by Mercedes, is pushing for more refinement and comfort. In fact, one automotive expert says that Mercedes wants to become BMW, and vice versa. However, according to one recent automotive expert, the focus is still on luxury and comfort for Mercedes while BMW focuses on performance and driving dynamics. Even though each company produces many different models, two relatively comparable coupe automobiles are the BMW 3 Series Coupe 335i and the Mercedes CLK350 Coupe. In a recent year, the national U.S. market price for the BMW 3 Series Coupe 335i was $39,368 and for the Mercedes CLK350 Coupe was $44,520. Gas mileage for both...
