...During my primary school period, I was very dependant, and reliant on my parents to help me with such things as homework, and other education based material. On course to the build of my SATS, it required me to revise for the exams, and as I was very reliant on my parents and teachers at school, I was unable to revise efficiently. However, my parents decision to send me to a private boarding school in London, for five years during my secondary school life, enabled me to gain responsibility of myself and become independent, being away for my parents and taking care of myself, were one of the factors which allowed me to adapt to an independent life, giving me the skills that not only helped me during the freedom of college, and independent work but also will help me during life at university as I’ve experienced and learnt how to be responsible of myself at a very young age.
