Assumptions

Final deliverables will include an overview and a detailed written report detailing findings as well as a non-functional website that can further increase or decrease the level of qualified applicants to Farmers Insurance Group Riverside AgencyPoint. Deliverables include:

Applicant flow chart of qualifications
Research and provide examples of other sites
Develop a screening process

Change Management Process

All obstacles will be discussed with sponsor. If minor changes are required an updated Statement of Work will be issued with an updated “version” number i.e. 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, and sponsor will be provided with a copy of the updates. If changes result in major changes to the content of the Statement of Work, a new document will be issued with a new “version” number i.e. version 1, version 2, version 3. In these cases the sponsor will be receive a new Statement of Work to be signed by the sponsor as a sign of acceptance of all changes.

Engagement Related Expenses

DUCS will be responsible for the cost of travel if/when necessary for the success and accomplishment of the project as well as the cost of supplies and materials. Some of other expenses that may be incurred are:

Transportation costs for meetings with sponsor and site visits
Meal costs for meetings with sponsor
Office supplies * As a student project, all expenses will be invoiced but will be considered as “in-kind” donations of services. No payments will be rendered. Professional Services Agreement All working personnel working under DUCS, will satisfy all requirements when dealing with access to information that belongs to Farmers Insurance Group Riverside AgencyPoint. DUCS will demonstrate compliance with every element in clients performance specifications, providing the sponsor with critical project findings. The Project Manager will have internal control of the project. Based on the client, access will be granted to specific data regarding the requierements needed to interview qualified applicants. Farmers Insurance Group Riverside AgencyPoint and DUCS will provide any material, service, and information necessary.The deliverables for this project are based on the following: Prescreening process
Midterm report of finding
Final notification of findings and recommendations
Website (Non-Functional)

Acceptance and Authorization
The terms and conditions of the Professional Services Agreement apply in full to the services and products provided under this Statement of Work.
