Therefore, I have not only been able to witness the influences in terms of reflecting upon myself, but also within my peers. I find this particularly unique because of all the different leagues that exist nowadays; it was a rare opportunity for all of us to play together and those times possess some of my fondest memories. Between faster developing technology and players using old metal bats, which gave a trampoline type effect when a ball hit them, the game of baseball was looking dangerous.
