However, after further review of our research, we establish that a Super PAC to end all Super PACs may not be the most effective way to preserve our democracy. We instead, propose a cap-system that limits the amount of money a corporation/individual donor can contribute to a Super PAC. To expand this idea further, the Super PAC itself can continue to raise an unlimited amount of dollars to support its cause, however, it is the donor that is placed under restrictions as to how much they can fund. Furthermore, to avoid the loophole of a donor just capping his donations to several Super PACs promoting the same candidate, there should be a second cap added on to the donor that limits how many PACs a single donor can support.
