This technology has already undergone major changes in the last 5-10 years with the induction of the “smart phone”. With this device, users are able to not only make phone calls, but they are able to do a number of things to include web browsing and banking functions. One change will be the hand-held model. I believe with new technology, phone calls will be made via hands-free devices.
