Backstory: Terry Alderson may seem like a regular 19 year old from a rich household, but there is much more to Terry and his family. The Alderson family are the descendants of the ancient warrior known as The Flaming Spirit, Alder. Alder was part of the great war between humans and demons, chosen by the gods to fight against The Kiyerzan a beast of pure evil and hatred, a sword was forged for him by the gods one forged by white hot flames beyond anything. This sword was physical manifestation of his soul and granted him the power to fight The Kiyerzan. After a long and intense battle Alder had finally beaten The Beast but he was not able to kill it, so while the beast was weakened he used the last of his power to seal the beast. The gods had warned Alder that the beast may one day escape and that there are those who may try to make that day come sooner, and thus began the legacy of Alder; for generations the members of the Alderson family have been training and fighting a secret war to maintain the balance between humans and demons. Terry is the 11th generation Alderson and for his entire life he has been groomed and prepared to fight The Kiyerzan, to be prepared to die. For this reason Terry lives his life in a very laid back way not caring about anything as long as his family is pleased. For him the logic had been ingrained that its only about what the family thinks, and his biggest fear is to let them down. While the Aldersons had settled down in England, Terry's parents were on a mission in Turkey when he was born. At first glance Terry will look like your average British college student with his slightly long and unkempt hair and scruff making it look like he hasn't shaved in a while, although he really wants to grow a proper beard. He has a scar on next to his left eye which he got the day his brother died trying to protect him, the scar now serves as a reminder of that day; of his weakness and hesitation. He likes to wear V-neck T-shirts due to how comfortable he finds them, and more often you would find him wearing his Maroon V-neck since that's his favorite color; while the Black leather jacket he wears belonged to his late brother along with the ring he wears. From the day he could walk, Terry has been trained in all kinds of martial arts and styles of swordsmanship. To improve his parrying and dodging skills he learnt different forms of dancing and eventually gained a liking to it, though his true passion is computers and programming is what he's most talented in. Every Alderson has to undergo intense training and education since a young age so they have all the skills they can. He defines his morals and ethics like those of a knight or a samurai, living by a code of honor; to defend those who cannot defend themselves. He got the nickname The Hummingbird because of his intense speed in battle and how he can swing his arms so fast with a sword, just like a hummingbird flapping its wings.
