Policies of store * Working hours are 9 am to 9 pm six days a week. Criteria for Store Manager * Analytical skill to analysis the garment need to order ,demand supply of garment * Good Planner should never be in shortage or delivery in time to store. * Good coordinator so he can coordinate with supplier and our dealers. * Well organized so he can organized our store well * Good with numbers so he should not make any mistake while placing or taking orders. * Should have no problem with our job timing and salary which we have assign for that particular job Criteria for secuity-1 * Above the age of 18 * Age limit 48 years Criteria for Cleaner (Part time) * Should be able to clear our store.
Role for Store manager * Planning, organizing , leading and controlling operational functions * Arranging the orders for export. * Scheduling delivery timing. * Reporting the deliveries to the Finance Department. * Organizing the store. * Making sure the shoes are placed on the right place. * Attending to costumers when there is a problem.
