The 2007 heisman trophy winner. Two time national championship winner at the University of Florida. 2010 first round draft-pick to be the Denver Broncos quarterback. Thats what comes to mind when you think of Tim Tebow, right? Most people overlook the charitable person that he really is. Tebow not only loves the game, but he loves to “bring Faith, Hope and Love to those needing a brighter day in their darkest hour of need.” As a result of this, Timothy Tebow is deserving of being honored in the EMS Memorial Garden by having a tree planted in his honor because he has created the Tim Tebow Foundation, does acts of service for the greater good, and is dedicated to what he does.

Even though after he no longer plays football and now plays class double A baseball for the Mets, he still honors his contract and works for the SEC Network. In contrast to the sports, Tebow is also very devoted to sharing his beliefs that he has to influence others. He participates in giving efforts to evangelism especially in the Philippines. Tebow said his motivation is, “My parents instilled in me the importance of God’s Word, the salvation we have in his Son Jesus, and the responsibility we have to give back to others.” He stays dedicated to this going all around the world speaking at churches, prisoners, and anyone who may need help. He also has spread his encouragement through books. He is the author to Shaken, Through My Eyes, and This is the Day. He has done so to spread the gospel, inspire people, and share good morals.
