Providing a safe and lovely environment for our children is one of the first priorities care givers attend. Taking care of children is more than just feeding, and providing a safe area for them. Children need activities where they can interact with other classmates and activities where they can have a time on their own. According to section 101230 Activities/ Napping point A 1, 2, 3, 4 each center shall provide a variety of daily activities designed to meet the needs of children in care including quiet and active play, rest and relaxation, eating, and toileting. Achieving these goals is an important assignment for a day care or preschool facility some children spend most of their day in a preschool and in order for the children to learn and be comfortable some standards must be introduced. For example children that interact with other classmate share opinions and ideas, even at that small age; it’s also a good method for children to develop social skills and a feeling of team work. Even though children like being in group work, they also enjoy being alone where they can feel in control of what they’re doing. Eating plays an important part of the day is when children learn about new foods and consume the proper vitamins for children to endure during the day. Like eating toileting plays an important part which takes time for children to become comfortable with it. Is a process that won’t be achieve right away and where parents and caregivers must be patient and not pressure or force the child to do it eventually their time to use to the potty would come.
For children to endure during the day they must be provided with a nap time where they can rest and relax to continue with their daily activities. According to section 101230 Activities/Napping point B 1, 2, 3 all children shall be given an opportunity to nap or rest without distraction or disturbance from other
