Without a concrete leadership style in place, it is quite possible to say that all businesses would inevitably be doomed to fail. That being said one must have follow a style that gives one the ability to have a sense of continuation towards the future and variables such as motivation, efficiency and decision making or problem solving are very important markers that could be used in order to measure in some way the effectiveness of any particular leadership against the business’ successes as so far.Two examples of leadership styles are the Autocratic Leadership Style and the Democratic Leadership Style.

An effective aspect of a good leadership style is its ability to evoke some form of valuabilty to the motivation of its work force as motivation is key factor in a business’ short and long term success. Under Democratic rule motivation is high due to the fact of the employees having partial say in the business’ affairs due to them feeling a sense of some ownership of the firm as well as its ideas. This factor makes the motivation aspect a high priority towards the longevity of a business ,ergo; its ability to stay in business. Under Autocratic rule however, has a motivation on a lower rung on the leadership echelon whereby employees have no say in any matters as the leader has full say in every and all matters by hook or by crook of any circumstance.

Efficiency is also, without a doubt, is one of those important aspects that govern a business’ ability to keep its doors open. Efficiency where the best possible good or service can be attained or manufactured in the most productive amount of time. In a global study involving 389 leaders from 28 countries, The Centre for Creative Leadership (CCL) found that 83% of the leaders surveyed believe that the definition of effective leadership has changed in the past five years. In this report, we investigate the consequences of reform by looking at managers' motiva­ tions and related mitigating factors. We examine the influence that transformational leaders have on their employees' motivation through organizational justice. Using a survey of 253 healthcare managers, we describe how the positive impact of transfor­ mational leadership on motivation is fully mediated via different aspects of organiza­ tional justice. ...Subject: Successful Princeton Applicant Through all of my accomplishments and disappointments, I have always been especially proud of the dedication and fervor I possess for my personal beliefs and values. Unfortunately, it has often been difficult for me to remain outwardly firm and confident in a town where most people think alike and reject exceptions.
