To successfully bid this contract one should first utilize the similar and/or like items of the
Product. Being that our company has the only product of its type, we will have to check the
GSA website for cost for similar items like the items. Also, we can do a market research and catalog pricing to get additional prices of this like item and compare their items with our product.
Even though our product is different, the scope of work can allude to any type of floor coating.
Since this company is a small business, the SBA website using the NAICS code provide by the government, we can see potential small business vendors who sell these like products in order to have an idea about which potential opponent is in the run for competition.
Once these have been considered and costs have been generated, I would look at my cost to see if it is within the same ball park as the other vendors. Once all potential costs are listed, I would create a bid analysis between like items and my own and do a comparison. This comparison will show items utilized/not utilized by each bidder and figure out if the product I have is superior to the other products. If the comparison is not there, I will have to select a lessor product or find ways to cut cost to either the equipment, material or shipping.
Using small business incentives also plays a part for we would get incentive such as tax breaks for being a small

...THE FUTURE OF EMPLOYMENT: HOW SUSCEPTIBLE ARE JOBS TO COMPUTERISATION?∗ Carl Benedikt Frey† and Michael A. Osborne‡ September 17, 2013 . Abstract We examine how susceptible jobs are to computerisation. To assess this, we begin by implementing a novel methodology to estimate the probability of computerisation for 702 detailed occupations, using a Gaussian process classifier. Based on these estimates, we examine expected impacts of future computerisation on US labour market outcomes, with the primary objective of analysing the number of jobs at risk and the relationship between an occupation’s probability of computerisation, wages and educational attainment. According to our estimates, about 47 percent of total US employment is at risk. We further provide evidence that wages and educational attainment exhibit a strong negative relationship with an occupation’s probability of computerisation. Keywords: Occupational Choice, Technological Change, Wage Inequality, Employment, Skill Demand JEL Classification: E24, J24, J31, J62, O33. ...

Men like you always are.” “Men like me?” “Arrogant, ego as wide as the blue Aussie sky. Always looking out for number one.” Matt studied her. The telltale blush, the sparkle in those eyes, the way her fingers played over the back of the chair. “You‟re a contradiction, do you realize that? You say you don‟t want complicated, yet you‟re rejecting simple. What do you want, Ellie Rose?” Her mouth tightened and she swept to the door, yanked it open. Then she turned and glared back at him. “With you, Matt McGregor? Nothing. I just want to be left alone.” When not teaching or writing, ANNE OLIVER loves nothing more than escaping into a book.
