P1- Report: Describe the internal and external factors to consider when planning the human resource requirements of an organisation.
The human resource department is the most important asset to any business. Human resources are the people who are in charge of administration. In addition they are in charge of hiring and training staff.

1.0: Internal Factors- Internal planning factors are those that relate to what is already happening inside of the business.
1.1: Organisational Needs: As an organisation Google needs to be consistently changing and adapting to stay one step ahead of its competitors. This is because if they didn’t thrive to achieve their maximum potential then they would end up losing out on the businesses maximum profit. An example of this is that Google biggest competitors is Apple. Apple was expanding its business by investing its time into its app store and improving the way in which Apple users can interact with their phones. Google realised that they needed to step up their game and to stay relevant they ended up buying the Android store, which was Apples biggest competitor in the app market at the time, and rebranded it as the Google Play store. This expansion of the business allowed Google to still stay in fierce competition with Apple. Without an intelligent HR team Google may of never bought Android as the HR team would’ve been the people who first realised that there was a gap for expansion.
1.2: New Services and Products: As a business that it was trying to go the extra mile, Google is always trying to think of ways in which can improve is current business. This can be done by either producing new products to sell, or by improving the existing services of the business. Google started out, and always be recognised, as a search engine.
