In my previous task I developed a new wrap for the sandwich bar and it was targeted at a variety of customers, varying from young children to elderly, whoever’s taste buds are up for it. The ingredients in the wraps are of high quality and I made sure all the contents of the wrap are fresh, in order to keep the customers satisfied, furthermore the wraps will increase the businesses sales and profit as 80% of the customers surveyed, said they prefer wraps.

Price
The health food deli is going to be located on campus at the local university, therefore this suggests the target audience for it are going to be mainly teenagers, however as a result of teenagers not all having enough disposable income on food, the aim is to keep the prices as low as possible, however still able to make a profit. They will be sold into the market at a low initial price in order for them to generate sales before the price is increased, due to the penetrating market, the wraps will be sold at £1.75, this is a convenient price for customers, as it is low and competitive price. The price may be raised over time depending on the popularity of the wraps and the total revenue made from them.

Place
Where the health food deli will be located is important. The target audience are teenagers therefore it should be located in an area where the students on campus can easily access, and regularly attend, for example the entrance of the campus. The health food Demi is going to have two ways of distributing: direct and indirect distribution. Indirect distribution would be used during the distribution of beverages, the aim is to sell the products in the local supermarkets or newsagents, in addition to this, and they would have to be located within the radius of the university.
