Most unprofessional hairdresser I've ever been to. I was coming home from college and needed my hair done desperately. I reached out to her to see if she would notify me if she had any spots to open up because she was booked. She told me that she was cancelling someone's appointment who didn't call to confirm and that I could have their 3:00 spot. I texted her the night before to let her know I had arrived in Atlanta and that I would still be coming. The day of, I called 15 minutes in advance to tell her I was coming. When I got there my mother had spoken to her to see what the time wait was. She also asked if there was any specials for college students. I was getting a basic sew-in, which is listed online as $100 including shampooas a service, …show more content…
I waited for a few minutes until she was done with a girl who was currently in her seat. A girl approached me as daisy was finishing up a client, so that she can begin braiding me. I told her that I needed my hair shamppoed first. She overall did a half job becaue all of my hair was not completely saturated. I did not mention this. I continued on to the chair to be blow dried. After just a few minutes, she unplugged the blow dryer as if she was done. I asked her could she go back through the middle. She replied "You have too much hair", throwing her hands up and said that she was about to go eat. I said "your'e about to go eat?" She said yes, and walked off. Flabbergasted, I looked for my hairstylist (daisy) who I no longer saw at her station. It was now 4:00 and someone else who was braided was now sitting in her seat. I got up to find her and I couldn't, so I called and she told me to meet her in the employees room. There she was sitting down eating food along with her assitant. I repectfully explained to her what had happened. Her assiatant chimed in saying "well, I wash hair all the time and no one has ever complained." Daisy then said "she told me your hair was still wet and that she would blow dry …show more content…
I went back and waited patiently. As I was sitting there I beign to speak with a girl who had a 2:30 appointment with her! It was now 4:30 and someone was in front of the both of us. The assitant came back to get me saying that daisy wanted to speak with me alone. I sat down to explain to her how I felt. I told her how I had heard good things about her and that I was appreciatve that she could take me, but I was currently unsatisfied. She then said "well the girl who washed your hair no longer feels comfortable doing it and I don't wash or blow dry hair. And you kinda should have mentioned your hair not being completely washed at the bowl." I told her that I should have mentioned it. However, no disrespect was intended and I don't see how it could have possibly been taken that way. I'm thinking to myself the whole time: I am the customer so if I am giving constructive critisim there shouldn't be a problem. She told me that she would speak with her so that she could finish. I then mentioned the two girls before me and the current time. She said well "you're really a walk-in. I have no set
