Questionnaire Proposal
This questionnaire is to be distributed to a range of different people of different ages, ethnicity’s and genders within the community of Blacktown. It is to be distributed to the community to gain an over-all understanding of the support networks that assist families in all sorts of ways. With the community of Blacktown being fairly large, the questionnaire should be handed out to families through different kinds of methods such as online (emails) or being posted out to mail boxes. This way all family types will be able to get access to the survey.
To get information from all different types of families and accuracy of information, this questionnaire should be posted to every family residence within the area of Blacktown so that it’s guaranteed that all people in the community will receive a copy. This way most people of the community will respond to the survey, but some may not. In that case the survey should be sent out specifically only to residence with a family, so that the analysis will be highly accurate due to information being collected only from houses with families.
As the cost of mailing out the questionnaires to each household including non-family might be a slight expense, a copy of the questionnaire will also be emailed to other members of the community so that they can get results from all people’s perspectives. The email method can be easily accessed so most people are most likely to complete the questionnaire. Also this way, filling in an online survey is less time consuming for a lot of people and is easy to access. The questionnaire will be emailed to non-families and families as well.
With using these two methods, it is most likely that the information received will be accurate. The questionnaire is being sent to families via both methods as they are the important and main part of this survey and the other members of the community will be getting it in email form so they are more likely to do because it’s simpler. With all the information received back from the community on this survey, will reach the needs to investigate how much knowledge Blacktown community really has on support networks that assist families.

Task • Research and write an answer to the following question: Durkin (2013) re-visits the classic paper by Theodore Levitt “Marketing Myopia” from the 1960’s. He suggests that in the digital marketing of today that marketers have lost their way, focusing too narrowly on what the technology can do, rather than on customer needs; thus following a similar pattern to that of the preceding technologies of digital marketing. Marketers risk losing market orientation and building those important relationships with their customers: they should therefore consider wider definitions of their markets determined by a customer focus rather than a narrow...

...Alan Menken Revue Everyone knows the iconic Disney songs that surround many of the movies that defined animation for our generation. When my roommate asked me to join her to see a revue of Alan Menken music I was extremely hesitant. To be honest I had absolutely no idea who Alan Menken was. After minutes of her begging for me to join her I agreed and we set out of the concert. To my surprise, signs of all my favorite animated Disney movies surrounded me. Once the lights were dimmed and the music began, I came to the realization of who Alan Menken was, the composer of all the classic Disney songs! With every song that was sung, I was slowly transported back to my childhood. I could remember watching those Disney icons in the back on my mom’s mini van as we traveled for summer vacations. I truly enjoyed every second of this revue. It is absolutely crazy how a song can transport you somewhere else, and take your mind off of the hectic buzz of college. I must say my personal favorite was Part of Your World from The Little Mermaid. The girls voice was exactly what I had imagined it would sound like and it truly blew me away. People had told me that our music department was fabulous and after that performance I can surely testify to that. Every person who sang was phenomenal and perfectly displayed the animisms of the characters they were playing. This concert opened my mind up to attending more things that aren’t very well broadcasted! Needless to say after the concert I purchased...

Ethics

...Ethics ETH/316 University of Phoenix December 1, 2011 Ethics Ethical development is an important tool needed in today’s society. In this paper, the topic will discuss the similarities and differences between virtue theory, utilitarianism, and deontological ethics. In addition this papers topic will address how each theory addresses ethics and morality in relation to the authors’ personal experiences with virtue, values, and moral concepts. Similarities and Differences in Ethics Theories To understand the similarities between virtue theory, utilitarianism, and deontological ethics the first order is to define the meaning of each. According to Boylan (2009), virtue theory has a definition of cultivating excellence in life and constituting an aspect of the “good person” (Boylan, 2009). Utilitarianism according to Boylan (2009),” is a theory that suggests that an action is morally right when that action produces more total utility for the group than any other alternative” (p. 153). Deontological ethics have a definition as an analysis of reason, this analysis position decisions based for the morally justified good. The similarities between the three theories represent the good in people and how they strive for excellence and justified good. The differences in the three theories begin with the ethics and morality. Virtue theory describes a person’s character, cultivating “excellence in all we do” (Boylan, 2009, p. 43). Striving for excellence can be challenging at times by...
