These are my interview questions for week 7. I used the job posting for my cover and thank you letters to answer some of the questions. I highlighted the questions in red so it was easily seen.
Tell me something about yourself. I am a volunteer fireman in my town for the last eleven years and while doing this I have moved up through the finance side of the department where I served as the treasurer for 8 years and have now at this point been the president of the finance side for a year and a half. I made the decision four years ago to go back to school so that I could learn more about being a manager so that I could move up in the company I was working for and maybe someday work in the finance part of the company.
What are your stregths? I have a working knowledge in how to manage finances and how important it is to do so. I also know from the fire department on a lot of the forms that have to be filled out on a yearly basis with corporations.
What are your weaknesses? I would say that some of my weaknesses are that I am not sure on how to do payroll due to I currently have a tax accountant do them for us. I also would say that my experience with taxes is not great but I did learn a lot about them in school but would need more practice with filing them out before I felt confident to do it on my own.
Why are you applying for this position? I am applying for this position because it is what I would like to make to do for my career,. I would like to work for a company where I would get to use my skills and knowledge in this field because I am doing it with the fire department now and it is what I went to school for.
How are you qualified for this position? I have worked for the company for three years and I believe with my experience taking care of the finances for the fire department and going to school for business administration in accounting I would have the

Each child will have to defeat a series of exams, scary teachers, lab experiments, physical education classes, crushes, mortal enemies and the like. Most of the time, children will learn from these experiences and mature with the lessons that each of these experiences have taught them. However, there are certain battles that wound all too deeply and do not seem to end. These battles are the battles of bullying. What is Bullying? Bullying is a social and interpersonal problem that involves the repeated, intentional use of aggression against a less powerful other (Whitney & Smith, 1993). Bullying can take different forms, be it direct (e.g., physical aggression), indirect (e.g., exclusion, spreading rumors), or verbal (e.g., name-calling). (Hunter, Mora-Merchan and Ortega, 2004) Children who are victims of bullying are more likely than non-victims...
