In these three best workplaces environments, the employees said that there works place was a great place to work. As we read through this paper we will see the best work perks that these places offer their employees.

Wegmans Food Markets

In the fortune magazine's annual ranks 100 best work places you will find number two Wegmans Food Markets. The employees at Wegmans say that there “is a lot of love and caring at the 100-year- old- family -owned grocery chain, at the Wegmans grocery chain they have flexible schedules, promotion opportunities, they also feel like party of the family” The Wegmans employees also say that it is the same things that make a difference on birthdays a cake and for the workers that work outside in the winter they get free hot chocolate. The company has open door days where their employees can come in and give them ideas on what they think should go on within the company to make it a better environment and they do their best to make it happen.
The theory that fits best with the Wegmans Foods Markets would be minimax theory talks about giving employee’s a chance for promotions within the theory. Wegmans Food Market’s do the same thing offering promotions within the company. Another thing that these have in common is that they both the minimax theory and Wegmans Foods Markets both see that if you give your employees more benefits than they deserve their employees with work harder and the employees might be to advance within the
