Wellness and Fitness Industry

The business: GoFit Health Club
GoFit Health Club is a fitness club and spa on the outskirt of The Hague in The
Netherlands. The club is designed to provide innovative fitness programming and restorative wellness treatments. The club features group fitness classes, personal training sessions, strength and cardio equipment and various high-quality wellness services. Most members show up to work out on their own or to participate in group fitness classes. However, most of these members have only a basic membership and many of them are not well motivated to stick to their workouts and/or cannot achieve visible results on long term.
The most enthusiastic members developed an interest for more rigorous workout method compared to group fitness classes, but many of them do not intend to invest in personal training sessions. The club decided to include CrossFit in their range of services to attract more people for an enhanced membership. CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program for numerous police academies, military special operations units and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. The whole program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.

The goal is to increase throughput (sold CrossFit memberships per year) by introducing CrossFit in order to attract members to sign up for enhanced – more costly – CrossFit memberships and keep these members motivated on long term.
Basic membership allows members to use strength and cardio equipment and visiting group fitness classes, except CrossFit classes. With the CrossFit membership
