A user’s connection speed will heavily influence how fast web pages will load. So there might not be anything wrong with the server or the website itself and might just be your connection. If you are a customer who has dial-up then it will definitely take you longer to load a page, over a customer that has for example Virgin Media fibre optic. Also if you are using mobile broadband it may take longer if you are in an area with bad signal and you are not getting 4G. So make sure you have fairly fast internet before you complain about slow servers hosting the sites. Browser

They can be both hardware and software. The purpose is to prevent unauthorised users from accessing your private network. The firewall is often placed before the router or on it if its software version of a firewall. This means all messages or information travelling into the network is looked over by the firewall before entering and those that do not meet the security criteria are blocked.
SSL (secure socket layer)
SSL is a security technology used to link a server and a client with an encrypted connection. SSL allows important information like login information and credit card information to be sent securely. This is used because sent between browsers and servers can be intercepted pretty easily by hackers. SSL uses two keys to encrypt data which is a public key which everyone can know and a private key known only to the receiver of the message.
Use of passwords
Making sure your password is complex is really important because it will make it harder for someone to guess it and if they try and use a brute force hack it will take them longer to crack it. The majority of the time the website you are signing up for will ask you to put a number and a upper case
