Proposal There are many different options out there that could work to assist in the daily operational activities; two of these technologies that would be most beneficial are handheld terminals and a company e-mail system. When a customer is looking for a product that cannot be found on the shelf in the store, an employee can use the handheld terminal to scan the label on the shelf to see if there is any in stock. If so, they will be able to see where the product is located and quickly locate. Another situation where the handheld terminal is useful is inventory.
