My results from my Career Plan Activity: Work Culture, show that I am Ethical, Teamwork Centered, and Well Resourced. All of these characteristics are true to how I am. I believe I do work well in a team and have a good communication with a team. Since we are forced to communicate face to face, it essentially makes for better communication and I believe it helps strengthen the team. Whereas my ethics are concerned for my work culture, I know that I’m constantly using my ethics to make decisions and I like to be fair to everyone. If I wouldn’t like to be out casted, then I wouldn’t do it to another person. Being fair to others makes everything so much easier and it also allows others to get their opinions, feelings, arguments, or anything they have to say across clearly to others. Lastly, I know that if I want to be successful and run a successful business, I would have to be well organized, have all resources at hand, and be prepared for any possible situation whether it’s good or bad. I believe having done sufficient research and acquire important resources will make me successful because I will be well informed.
My results from this activity show that I will do all things necessary to have an effective business and it will help me communicate with a great purpose. I think if others see how professional I am, they will be more willing to listen and also want to express their opinions or suggestions.

...Aptitude From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Jump to: navigation, search For the Debian software, see Aptitude (software). An aptitude is a component of a competency to do a certain kind of work at a certain level, which can also be considered "talent". Aptitudes may be physical or mental. Whereas intelligence quotient sees intelligence as being a single measurable characteristic affecting all mental ability, aptitude refers to one of many different characteristics which can be independent of each other, such as aptitude for military flight, air traffic control, or computer programming.[2] This is more similar to the theory of multiple intelligences. Concerning a single measurable characteristic affecting all mental ability, analysis of any group of intelligence test scores will nearly always show them to be highly correlated. The U.S. Department of Labor's General Learning Ability, for instance, is determined by combining Verbal, Numerical and Spatial aptitude subtests. In a given person some are low...

Academic Performance

...Grading systems vary greatly by country and school; common scales include a percentage from 1-100, lettering systems from A-F, and grade point averages (GPA) from 0-4.0 or above. Attendance It would be difficult to perform well in class if the student doesn't attend.
