The Work Culture Results states that I am a high powered, ethical and supportive. My ideal work culture not only would benefit my organization to achieve goals but, also will allow me to lead other employees to create a positive working environment therefore creating the by in that is needed to succeed. Strategic Plans are plans that apply to the entire organization. My type of plan will allow me to develop a workplace that will allow the employees to be secure in a stable environment and to express themselves freely. The employees would have clearly defined goals. The company will focus on achieving goals and each person in management would focus on career development. Not only their own but also the people that they are responsible for. I would also require that all managers and employee be ethical people. Any infractions of the ethics policy would be dealt with severely.
The purpose for a SWOT analysis is to take a complete look at a business to ensure the success of the company. The Work Culture Activity that I completed identifies what I think is important in accomplishing company goals. After reviewing the results of my activity it shows that the company will be ethical, demanding, fair and supportive of all employees. The SWOT analysis shows strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The strengths that I have are that I am demanding. You must be demanding in business to get results and to reach your organizational goals. I am also ethical. In business you must be ethical because if you are not your customers will not be repeat customers. I am supportive of employees. Good employees must be nurtured. One of the big problems with many businesses is turnover. Lost time due to having to replace a valuable employee is very detrimental to your organization. You can lose several weeks
