What is Workplace Relations?

Conflict as inherent due to diversity of goals and can be managed and contained by rules and regulations.

2. THE UNITARIST VIEW
Conflict as occasional and temporary because employees and employers share same basic goals (creating wealth & value) so relations are essentially harmonious.

3. THE RADICAL VIEW
Conflict systemic & never ending due to unequal nature of relationship and different goals.

What is the difference between Mediation, Conciliation and Arbitration?

MEDIATION:
