Case management services were provided through a face to face interaction in Anaheim. Present at the meeting were WYP (Wraparound Youth Partner) Andy Ngo and the youth. The service minutes are low, because the youth only wanted to check in with WYP Ngo. The youth stated he is not drinking, he will go to court tomorrow for a violation, and he used substances over the week. The youth informed his probation officer of using substances. WYP Ngo checked in with the youth's teacher. The youth is coming to school everyday. The youth is doing his work. There is no challenging behaviors in school. WYP Ngo reminded the youth about the FTM (family team meeting) on December 19th,2 016.
