How a bill becomes a law
The bill is thought up at first its just an idea it will then need a spencer before it is then introduced.to the house of represintives. It will then go to the committee where they will revise the bill. The bill will then be sent to the house floor. Then it will be voted on by the house. Soon after it will be sent to the senate then the president for it to become a real law.
Main Two Differences Between House and Senate
1. There are fewer members in the Senate than in the House.
2. The members in the Senate have longer terms and have more rigid eligibility requirements to be elected into one of its post as compared to the members of the House

The legislative branch is responsible for the annual budget of the country and ratifying treaties. Another power they possess is impeaching and electing federal officers. One last power they posses is declaring war.

Leadership In Congress
The speaker of the house is the office leader of the house of represinitives they are also elected into position. The house majority and minority leaders they decide what their party should support. President of the senate this is also the vice president of the US. The president Pro tempore of the senate who will replace the president of the senate in his time of absence.
Three facts about congress 1. African-American Members: 39 in House; 1 in Senate 2. In the House there are 75 female Representatives. The Senate has 17 females. These are the highest numbers of women Members in the history of the Congress. 3. Two of the women House members are sisters: Loretta Sanchez and Linda Sanchez, both Democrats from California.

Two things I struggled to learn are why we had a congress and why there is a house and a senate. This confused me because I thought they both did the same thing
