The researcher observed that their respondents are active in oral recitations. It obtained a weighted mean of 3.48 which ranked first in the rank order distribution. This is an indication that these will be a greater posibilities that the respondents can their speaking skills.
Ranked second, was that they were socially attached to people. This was manifestation that the respondents observed development in their speaking ability ny means of their social life.
It was also observed that most of the respondents were conducting reports in class as justified by an obtained weighted mean of 3.36 and ranked third among the items.
As indicated in the table, the respondents conducts communication face with an obtained weighted mean of 3.24. It reveals that they are already practicing their speaking skills.
As rated by the respondents they also communicating through landling ang telephone network. This obtained a weighted mean of 5.06 which ranked fifth in the rank distribution.
The table revealed that the respondents can deliver speeches,poems, and other speaking competition piece. It was justified by an obtained weighted mean of 3.02.It indicates that high number of the respondents were already practicing their speaking capability.
Similar to the other findings, the respondents indicated that they were joining school debates. This was justified by an obtained weighted mean of 2.75 which ranked seveth in the rank distribution.
In connection to the two interpretations above, It was revealed that same of the respondents were attending different workshops and seminars with an obtained weighted mean of 2.44
In line with that, the researcher observed that the respondents were joining radio broadcasting with an obtained weighted mean of 2.04 which ranked ninth in the rank distribution.
As rated by the respondents, they observed that only few of them were joining in different speaking games. This obtained a weighted mean of 2.02 and as ranked last in the rank order distribution.
