There are many schools with many students so teachers are not fully paying attention to each and every student with their problems. This why people of the world came to the conclusion to have Charter Schools. Charter Schools like Universal Academy help every student to pin point out every student problems and struggles. It has been proven and said that Charter Schools are one of the fastest and most successful growing reforms in the country. My Charter School, Universal Academy, is
leading with a mission like any other Charter School. Our mission at Universal Academy is, “To create a challenging and intellectually engaging curriculum within a safe, nurturing environment by providing varied learning opportunities that focus on the development of instructional excellence, leadership, and character building in partnership with a diverse community of lifelong learners”. Parents will find Universal Academy to be the "wonderful educational vehicle that leads to tomorrow's success.” Charter Schools believe that no child should be left behind. My Charter School gives me choice, accountability, and freedom. My Charter School has all these qualities and has caring teachers, strong academics, and promotes diversity.
First, the teachers I currently have are probably the best I have had yet. They are always ahead with their grades, and teaching. Since, my Charter School has our grades posted online; you never have to wait until progress reports, or report cards. Also, students do not need to wait until the end of the semester, or even mid-terms to find out how well you are doing overall .If you are struggling, teachers talk with you about how you can excel, and you need to improve on in order to bring you to your goal. I am speaking in terms of in-school, or even out of school. In contrast, my old Public School would not meet with students face-to-face to help them with something they actually need help with.
