I have known for the past five years. We have worked together in a ministry at . During this time I have been blessed by seeing a growth in his relationship with God. I have seen him step out in faith to follow the call God has put on his heart, to be a Pastor. He has purposely chosen to take the steps required to fulfill this calling.
For the past five years and I have worked together on a weekly basis in Ministry. I know to be honest, truthful and one of the hardest working people I know. When I work with I know that no matter what we need to accomplish he will be willing to do it without complaint. If he says he will do something I don’t to worry because I know it will be taken care of. Due to a change in leadership of the ministry we were working in, and I stood in the gap until new Leadership could be chosen. I enjoyed working with him so much because I knew that no matter how hard I was working he was working just as hard and probably harder. We were able to continue on without anyone really noticing that there had been a change. knew what needed to be done and made sure it happened. In preparation of becoming a Pastor he has been willing to teach and speak for us on Friday nights. He has grown tremendously in his confidence and style in presenting the gospel of Christ.
I am thrilled that has taken the step of faith to answer God’s call to Ministry. I believe that he has all the makings of an incredible Pastor. I am proud of him for all the hard work he is doing to obtain the education he needs. I also know that even though he is working full time, has a family and is going to school, he is still willing to make time to serve God. His willingness and dedication to his calling is admirable. He has stepped out of his comfort zone by going back to school, going on Missions trips to foreign countries...
