The health problems is a serious issue that affects people all around us, consequently, there have been solutions thought of to reduce the amount of unhealthy foods bought. The first solution comes from a nutritionist of 25 years, Michelle Cook. Cook’s article “13 Ways to Eat Healthy on a Budget” provided ideas for a solution to the price difference in healthy and unhealthy foods. She suggests 13 ways to eat healthier with also staying on a fixed budget which could help many of the people who live in impoverished areas. It is a great attempt at finding a solution except all of the steps she provides, require planting your own fruits and vegetables, which, earlier discussed, cannot be useful to those who do not live in an ideal climate. Not everybody can produce a stock of fruits and vegetables, in conclusion, this article isn’t meant to be used for everyone. …show more content…
