1. How would you describe yourself?

I would describe myself as a quick learner and highly motivated person. I also find myself a patient, honest, tolerant and reliable person, suitable for this job position.

2. How has your college experience prepared you for a business career? My college experience gave me at one hand theoretical knowledge and on the other hand it gave me some personal skills like the ability to deal with multiple assignmenst and the ability to solve problems and work in team, which I find very useful in my career.

3. At what point did you choose this career? Tourism is a complex social, cultural and economic phenomenon. It is one of the largest and most dynamic industries which offers diverse and interesting career opportunities.

4. What do you think it takes to be successful in this career? Being successful means working hard and being content with the results. In tourism industry it takes the ability to meet every customer needs and provide him an unforgettable experience.

5. What motivates you to put forth your greatest effort? It is not all about the money you earn. Although the salary is important, I am mainly motivated by the feeling of being proud and satisfied with my achievements. 6. Do you have the qualifications and personal characteristics necessary for success in your chosen career? As i said, I find myself a highly motivated and reliable person. Moreover I have got some professional and needed experience in conducting the same job. I also find my language skills very important for this job position.

7. Are you more energized by working with data or by collaborating with other individuals? My previous college and work experience gave me the opportunity to work a lot by myself, but it included a lot of teamwork too. I find a combination of working with data and people at one time most suitable for me, because I think I am good enough at both.

8. Why did you decide to seek a position in this company? You are leading company in tourism industry in Bulgaria, which is famous for treating its employees and clients with care and respect, so I am convinced that it is the best place for me to work and develop my potential.

9. What do you expect to be doing in five years?

I don’t have a detailed plan, but my aim is five years from now to see myself in a management position. I'm going to be learning and gaining practical experience until then.

10. Would it be a problem for you to relocate?

It is not easy to take such decision, but as I want to be part of this company, I would certainly consider it.
11. How would you evaluate your ability to deal with conflict? In my opinion I am quite good at dealing with conflict, but of course it depends on the situation – if the conflict is with a client, between co-workers or with the boss. I think that a situation that couldn’t be solved, simply doesn’t exist. It all depends on compromising. It’s very important to try looking at the situation from the other side. Sometimes you may be right, but sometimes you see you are wrong.

12. Which is more important to you, the job itself or your salary? The salary of course is important, but I want to be doing something enjoyable during the long work hours, even if it means I will have less money to spend on the other half of the day. The best is to have a decent balance of both.

13. Would you say that you can easily deal with high-pressure situations? Yes. My past experience required me to deal with many serious situations, so in high-pressure situations I find myself very concentrated and effective.

14. Tell me about the salary range you're seeking. The salary should depend at one hand on market conditions and on the other hand on my qualifications and the my results. But the salary is less important to me than finding the right job position.

15. What kind of supervisor do you work best for? In my opinion the best kind of supervisor is one who allows the employee me the autonomy to show the best of his abilities. It’s important the supervisior to be interested in his employees, their problems and their achievements.
