• Implement Strong passwords
In order to keep information secure the healthcare organization has to establish the strongest passwords. To create strong passwords the healthcare has to avoid; using the personal information like the company name or year, and the words that can be guessed by somebody. Moreover, the healthcare has to create login details for everyone authorized to a certain section. The employees do not have to share the login details.
• Data backup

Privacy is the ability of somebody or the organization to have control over their information of how to communicate it and keep it away from other people observation according to William (2012). The healthcare professionals have to ensure the privacy of the medical records. There must be limitations of how and who the information can be communicated to. Moreover, the healthcare will have to provide login details only to authorized people. Because, the medical records are confidential, do not have to be accessed by everybody.
C. Confidentiality is the state of keeping rules, restrictions and limited access over a certain type of information said William (2012). The medical records have to be confidential. There are rules that govern the healthcare professional about disclosing the medical records. To disclose the medical records the healthcare professionals that are authorized to that type of information will have to consult the people consent.

• Patients take videos for themselves whereby they are taking the medication
• Emocha detects and records the signs and symptom of the patient
• Patients then will post the video they recorded when taking medication in to the emocha server

• Thereafter the provider will provide a diagnosis result and prescribe medication
D. Scenario to use emocha in Lesotho
Scott and Richard (2013) stated that in Lesotho tuberculosis is the main factor of increased death rate. The patient diagnosed with tuberculosis does not attend the care appointments after being diagnosed. As a result, the emocha it will promote the interaction of healthcare professionals with the patients, whereby the patient can get the answers about any information the affect them. Moreover, the patient can take the videos of themselves when taking the medication and the emocha will detect the symptoms. Thereafter, the videos will be sending to the healthcare provider through the web interface, therefore there will be communication between the healthcare providers and patients. As a consequence, the emocha will help the providers to track the patient engagement to their treatment and this will help to reduce death rate caused by
