2.3 Describe how person-centred planning and person centred reviews influence strategic commissioning?

Person centred planning and reviews are in place to support an individual to reach their goals. Without these tools the individuals will have not goals in place and will not be able to acheive the right outcomes.

2.4 Explain what a person-centred team is?

A person centred team is where the staff share information about what is important to them at work and what support they would like in order to do their job more effectivly. Appraisals and .. are good for these as they outline what you can do better as a staff memeber, highlights what is going right within your role and also what training you think will benefit yourself to make the service you provide better for everyone. This helps team memebers support and value eachother. You would work so much better when you feel supported and understood at work which means you are more likely to work well at understanding, valuing and supporting the people you care for.

So involving keyworkers in the decision making with the individuals themselves. It would also be beneficial to find out interests and skills of staff. This way team leaders and managers can build on these skills with staff and also build on skills that there staff are not so confident in. This way it would be helpful for both staff and the service users they are providing a service to. When finding out interest of staff, team leaders would be able to match service users with staff that have similar interests. This would make activities fun for service users when staff are more onfident within that

Journal of Information Systems Education21.2 (2010): 173-184. The title captures the objective of the study which is to evaluate the success of the E-learning based on the IS success model. Abstract This study utilized the Information Systems Success (ISS) model in examining e-learning systems success. The study was built on the premise that system quality (SQ) and information quality (IQ) influence system use and user satisfaction, which in turn impact system success. A structural equation model (SEM), using LISREL, was used to test the measurement and structural models using a convenience sample of 674 students at a Midwestern university. The results revealed that both system quality and information quality had significant positive impact on user satisfaction and system use. Additionally, the results showed that user satisfaction, compared to system use, had a stronger impact on system success. Implications for educators and researchers are reported.
