Advertisements are messages paid for by those who send them and are intended to inform or influence people who receive them, while advertising is a mean of communication with the users of a product or service. (Yeshin, 2006) In today’s world, advertising uses every possible media to get its message through. It does this via television, print (newspapers, magazines, journals etc.), radio and so on. A successful advertising might make people more brand loyal, which means it allows the business to retain the existing customers and having opportunities to win new ones, but it also have opposite influence of making people more price sensitive. (C.Egelhoff, 2008). As for a big firm, fail advertising might be a loss of profits and bring a series of financial issues in the meanwhile. There has aroused a heated debate of whether advertising is necessary for established companies become controversial. Those who hold positive attitude towards advertising is necessary for big firms believe that successful advertisement may exert adverse effect on the whole business, while others may examine this issue from another angle; they think this can be a waste of money. However, in this essay, I will argue wholeheartedly of that the established companies should not advertise anymore, as it would benefit neither the companies, nor the employees.

Supporters of unnecessary advertising for big firms suggest that investing money to other industrial might let you be corporate partners in the business world, which means the scale of the company likely getting big. Moreover, There would be a low risk if the manager chooses to invest to a stable company, which might be not likely to take risks for losing money.
