Executive Summary
This section provides an overview of your findings. This section should be no more than half a page at the most but a paragraph that is about 6-8 sentences is about the right length. This summarizes everything you wrote about in your report. This is also the conclusion for your report. If a business person didn’t have time to read an entire report or business plan, the Executive Summary should be the overview of the information.
Tim’s coffee shop has the potential of being a very profitable business. This business has a great location and a large pool of good employees. In order to get the business to operate at its full potential, the owner, Tim needs to change several aspects of the business. The first thing that needs to be addressed is his lack of strong managerial skills. Secondly, the HR practices of Tim’s Coffee shop needs to be changed, because they do not support the managers and supervisors at their job. Next, marketing needs to be done on a larger and more aggressive level. This aggressive marketing will be useful when competing with Queequeg’s. Lastly, the finances of the business can be improved by careful planning. If Tim cuts down on the business costs without affecting quality then his profit would increase.

...Financial Project   1. Explain how much additional money you would need to add to your monthly payment to pay off your loan in 20 years instead of 25. The original loan is a 30 year loan in which was giving 5 years ago. This means that there is still 25 years remaining to go. The payment for the twenty-five years remaining is $706.12. The payment for 20 years at the same interest rate will be $788.03 per month, the difference per month would be $81.91 per month. 2. Explain whether or not it would be reasonable to do this is if you currently meet your monthly finance with less than $100 left over. I personally don’t think it would be reasonable to pay the additional $81.91 a month if the monthly finance is less than $100 left over per month. I do think that whenever possible there is the opportunity to pay additional money torts the principle then that what should be done. Pay additional money torts your principle always helps out in the end by lowering the amount that you are borrowing from the creditor. 3. It might be possible to pay the current balance off in 20 years if you refinance the loan at a lower interest rate. The interest rate that you qualify for will depend, in part, on your credit rating. Identified the highest interest rate you could refinance at in order to do this and determine the interest rate that would require a monthly total payment that is less than your current total payment. Also refinancing costs you $2000 up-front in closing...

... read and often re-read the chapters. While I did find that the assignments completed along the way were quite challenging at times, they allowed me to obtain some of the fundamentals needed to push forward. For the completion of this final assignment, I utilized the information provided in our textbook and was able to put the numbers together to draft the first requirement, the Statement of Activities. After completing the Statement of Activities, I was able to use the information from that statement to draft the second required statement, the Statement of Revenues, Expenses, and other Changes in Unrestricted Net Assets. Upon completing the Statement of Revenues, Expenses, and other changes in Unrestricted Net Assets, I was able to finish up the required statements and draft the Statement of Changes in Net Assets. Once all statements were completed I was able to analyze the financial reports to find that Lee College appeared to be on the right track. Although the majority of the assets were tied up in permanently restricted accounts, Lee College was successfully able to cover the expenses of the college for the given period of time. Lee College did not appear to have an abundance of undistributed funds which shows their resources were being used wisely. According to our text, “Not-for-profit organizations lack a residual ownership claim and the organization’s purpose is something other than to provide goods and services at a profit.” “Because significant resources are...

...Final Project ETH/125 March 30, 2014 Final Project Learning what diversity means is the first step to learning how it has helped the United States to be better. Diversity is defined as the state of having different races, ethnics, cultures working together in a group or organization. ("Diversity," 2014) Different cultures and races working together make the United States stronger and better as one. Understanding that everyone is the same, even if they each have different colored skin or believe in different things, each person may have their own beliefs but just like you or me they are a person with feelings. I personally have learned new thing out about my own family history. After a few weeks in the class I decided to join ancestry.com to see if I could learn more out about my family. I most certainly did learn new things out. At the family reunion we like to have everyone to bring a dish and a dessert to the function. We like to do this that not one person or family is responsible and to also exchange all the different ways that each family cooks foods. I believe that the United States population we greatly increase in the year 2050. I believe this because of the population increase that we have already experienced in the last 50 years. According to the United States Census Bureau in the 1960 census population was estimated at 179,323,175. In the 2010 census population was estimated at 308,745,538. (U.S. Department of Commerce, 2014).Thus being a...

.... The final part is mostly concerning practical systems and procedures. It deals mainly with potential hazards and measures to be taken to solve the problem. Essentially, it should specify detailed arrangements for ensuring the policy is successfully implemented. It is worth mention here that the contents of the safety policy are to be clearly made known to all employees during induction course and job training. The policy statement should be displayed at strategic locations at the workplace. Lastly, the safety policy must be signed by the top management and clearly dated so the periodical review can be easily monitored.
