EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT,

The following is to request a meeting with you to discuss the sales report for the company. In the last three months we have lost 5% of our clients and, we have not received any new accounts at the moment. This can be an issue that with time and effort can be resolved. I would like to give you some ideas that will help to increase our sales and maintain our clients.

Since we moved to this office some of the clients have complain about our fees. They ask for special discounts on their monthly service depending of what type of company they have. For the new clients they just request an estimated quote and never come back.

As our mission is not only provide personalize orientation and updated information in accounting and fiscal field but also help our clients in making the right financial decision and give them the best customer support, we are committed to their success and want to create a relationship between our clients that will last forever.

As you know we already provide this services, the P/L, B/S, T/B and G/L to the current clients but we never gave them a list of services included. Based on the complains and that the new clients do not return; I create a service package that will satisfy the existing clients and will attract the new ones.
