Introduction
On average people spend 40-50 years and even longer in the work force, which makes the choice of the career path one of the most important in our lives. A satisfying career can be a source of financial security, benefits, and gives a great sense of accomplishment. This decision requires a lot of thought and research. To make the best choice possible it is important to choose a career that is compatible with an individual’s personality, capability, and background, has the opportunity for professional growth, and requires a practical amount of education and training.
The purpose of the report
The purpose of this report is to present, analyze, and evaluate two career choices and issue a recommendation as to which one is preferable based on the conducted research. This report will outline two professions within the Business and Financing industry: Accountant and Human Resource Specialist. These professions are interconnected but have enough differences to appeal to wide variety of people. The job of an Accountant requires preparation, analysis, and verification
