There are many advantages to using copper cabling. Its more durable, cheaper, and easy to install. Copper cable comes in three different types, TP-Twisted Pair, UTP-Unsheilded Twisted Pair, and Coaxial. Among these three they have their own separate intities. There is thinnet and thicknet for the coaxial and shielded and unshielded for the twisted pair. All these different cables have different transmission rates and special features. These features are coaxial has electronic support component that is less expensive than twisted pair. But the twisted pair is the same as telephone wire and most of the time is installed during the building of the building. The use of thinnet coaxial is medium to large sites with high security needs. Thicknet is used as a backbone to connect the thinnet networks. And TP is used for small sites on a budget that are the size of a token ring. On the other hand for the company that has the money to spend fiber optic cable is the way to go. Its faster in speed not as easy to work with but works a lot longer and transmission is a lot further. Which means have the cable can be used to go twice the distance. Fiber optic comes in two types MMF-Multimode Fiber and SMF-Singlemode fiber. This type of cable is not susceptible to EMI like coaxial or twisted pair. Fiber optics supports voice, data, and video. For the company that has the biggest budget and want the best in security, speed, and integrity fiber optics is the best cable to go with. The only downfall is this cable is not flexible and has to be handled with care during installation. In closing the most profitable cable to go with would be fiber optic to ensure that all work with the best quality at hand can be done, but if there is a budget like with most up coming businesses then choice is clear coaxial or twisted

Customers are not always happy with the quality and value of the services they receive. People complain a b o u t late deliveries, r u d e or i n c o m p e t e n t personnel, i n c o n v e n i e n t service h o u r s , p o o r p e r f o r m a n c e , and needlessly complicated p r o cedures.
