Here are just a few rules and regulations that we all need to learn and follow so we can have a smooth, competitive, strong working workplace!
Integrity
To be the best at what we do we all need to work together and trust one another. Having trust is the first step to a well maintained workplace. I would like for everyone to introduce themselves to each other. Working together as a team and having trust, being honest, and enjoying the work that you do here is what makes a good team which is what every company needs.
Sexual Conduct Any type of sexual harassment will not be tolerated or prohibited. If you feel uncomfortable at your workplace then the Associate will be evaluated and he/she either will be terminated or can result in suspension from work without pay.
Safety
If you do not know how to operate heavy machinery, do not touch it. The last thing I would want to see is for someone to hurt themselves. I want everyone to learn and understand what lock out and tag out means. This is one of our systems that we use for machines that are broke down. We put a certified tag on it so no one can use it until one of our mechanics can fix it properly. Learn what MSDS means and how it works. If you handle any type of hazardous materials, we will put you in our 2 day class so you know how to use those materials properly and how to clean up properly. You Associate are the heart and soul of the company.
Alcohol and Drugs It is our policy that everyone before date of hire is required to take a drug test. After you are employed, we have random drug tests every month. This means at no time of your employment here should any Associate be in the possession or under the
