The use of the voluntary form results will not benefit everyone applying for the jobs in this case scenario. Getting to know the motives of the employer can be complex in this case. Chances are that they are asking for disability details so that they can exclude the disabled from some important job roles. Clearly, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) prohibit businesses, especially those that transact business with the Federal Government, from asking specific questions about whether an applicant has a disability.
