Leonie and Perry go to the fair and Perry has a breakdown. Leonie at first has to walk away from the situation, but as a showing to her new found dedication to her child, she comes back quickly to help him. Eventually this leads to the topic of independence and for who is doing what for whose sake. Justine learns that Perry only wants leave for her sake and Perry in return learns that Justine just wanted him to be happy, so she does not mind that she looks after him. When the earthquake hits, Perry powers through the difficult time of saving his sister and decides he is going to try and care for her for now on. Perry calls his Mother and Marc and they both came to the hospital. The earthquake shook them all and brought the whole family together
