Dear Maribel Rivera,
We love the relationship we’ve gained over the years, every second of it.
We love how you have helped us in the worst of situations. We wish to continue to maintain this kind of relationship with you for years to come, however, with our company trying to progress and grow outside of our normal customer base.
We have to regretfully inform you that we have a key note speaker already selected. Dr. Binter, he will bring us international attention, and a representative in the medical technology field and we wish to expand and be seen in that market place. Perhaps instead of being the key note speaker, we can still have you come and present the information you have prior to Dr. Binter going on. This way you can still promote your company and we can still continue to grow our relationship. It would really hurt us, personally, if we were to lose you over this.
We had the doctor booked before we heard from you, and usually we would go with you because you’ve had our backs in so many situations.
With how we want to move our company we must go with him. I am sure you can understand wanting to grow a business. I would love for you to come to the convention, even if you do not wish to be a part of it, just simply to see you and catch up.
