Andrew Gaudioso’s creative sentence accomplishes justice by requiring him to remember what his actions have cost others and allows Sgt Tower’s family closure. Perhaps the additional restriction on Gaudioso’s ability to drive could have further protected the public, however, the sentence was a thoughtful way to resolve the matter.
