Marketing

...MARKETING STRAGETIES: Successfully marketing an apartment complex requires you to find people who are seeking housing and place your advertisements in front of them at the right time and place. As you consider marketing strategies, list the places your target renters or buyers are likely to go when searching for properties. Be sure that your marketing materials are present in each place. Banners: One of the most effective ways to market an apartment complex is by hanging a simple banner off of the building facing the street; this is particularly useful if your complex is near a major highway. If you are located away from main streets, consider putting up a sign that says "Apartments for Rent" with an arrow indicating the direction. Many people search for apartments by driving around neighborhoods that they like, and a banner or a sign is an easy-to-see advertisement that does not require a large investment. Before using signs, check your area's regulations on their use to avoid incurring fines or other penalties. Craigslist: When searching for a place to live, many people head directly to the Craigslist postings for their city. To post your apartments, simply visit the Craigslist page for your area and click on the "post to classifieds" button. When advertising on the site, avoid placing logos and generic floor plans; often, readers will skip directly over these. Instead, write a basic listing for each available unit and include details about utilities. To increase...

...Holdings to take their business to the internet is primarily to reach more customers. Today, most consumers do online research before they make any decisions to make a big purchase. We will also make some improvements in our marketing strategy by performing Search Engine optimization making sure HH is quickly and easily found on the internet. As with online research, consumers go to social media sites to read what others have posted about businesses and the relationships or lack of a business and consumer have. Another reason for HH to go online is that there are no area competitors with a website. Building a site is a great way to keep a jump on the competition, by getting our name and business out in the public. HH will build the website to be as user friendly as possible. We will do this by allowing renters to create accounts to pay their rent online by using Google’s shopping cart method. HH will also build relationships with area plants that have contractors staying in the area for short term work. By building this relationship, we will be able to branch into the international market with referrals from the plants and designing our website to be internationally friendly. Of course having a business website does cost money but, in order to the HH name out there, we have to be willing to spend money to make money. ...changing of situations that happens in the city of Atlantis with the two-bedroom apartments. Changes were supposed to be made depending on the findings and results made within the Atlantis community. The shifts in supply and demand will have an effect on the Goodlife decisions. This simulation has four emphasized key points they are price ceilings, supply and demand, shifts in supply and demand, and equilibrium. This paper will summarize briefly found concepts of each scenario; whereas, it will explain the supply and demand changes and how the changes affect decisions that relate the supply and demand concepts to the testing service department of Aflac’s Software Company. When Goodlife first started the business wanted to see what, he or she would have to charge for the monthly rental of an apartment to receive maximum revenue for the 2,000 available apartments. The results showed that an apartment monthly rent of $900 would have to be charged for the maximum revenue to reach $1.80 million dollars. Although this rate is better than the $1300 that was original asked; whereas, $2,000 apartments were in demand and rented leaving no surplus. This simulation shows that when a lower price is placed on a product or good, the demand will increase. Some of the factors that can affect the equilibrium of supply and demand are price changes, preference of consumers, and population increase. To rent out each apartment, the Goodlife Corporation will still need to decrease the price of......

The Seoul

...(Kim, 2009). Thus, in line with feng shui and Confucian principles, the Kyongbok Palace was located in the middle of the city2; the ancestor shrine Chongmyo in the east of the Palace, and the Dynasty Sajic in the west3 (Ko, 2005). The city wall was built along the four inner mountains (Fig. 1). At the corner of the city wall,4 there were four great gates including Nam Dae Moon (the South Great Gate) and Dong Dae Moon (the East Great Gate). These gates are national treasures today. The Sejongno – called Eukjogeory in Chosun – was the widest road in Han Yang connecting the Kyongbok Palace to Chongno in Chosun. Chongno, the main business axis in Han Yang, played a key role in linking business and administrative functions. The Chongno started at Sejongno and ended at Dong Dae Moon. The area inside the city wall became the Central Business District (CBD) and a political centre of modern Seoul. The Office of the President or Cheongwadae (the Blue House) is behind the Kyongbok Palace and government offices are in front of the Palace. Han Yang was repeatedly damaged in wars,5 but it was restored and developed as a centre of economy and trade. By the end of the 19th century, modern service facilities and infrastructure were introduced to Seoul. For example, the first western hospital and medical school were founded in 1885 (Cumings, 1997: p. 126). 2 This allowed the Palace to have mountains at the back and to look at water in front (背山臨水). That is, there was Bookak......
