Identify two reading goals, one short-term and one long-term below:

• How do you currently approach the weekly readings in the course?

I print out, and typically start my readings on Monday, and then finish by Wednesday. I always start out by going to a quiet, clean room in my house so I can focus without all the interruptions. Most of my readings I write word for word on to a separate sheet of paper, this helps me to absorb the information, but it is also very time consuming. When I do this, by the first few pages I am worn out, and losing interest. Plus it is cramming me with information I do not feel is important. Even using this strategy I still have to read things several times.
