Company analysis Company Strategy The main business of Apple is the company focus on design and manufacturing consumer electronic devises including personal computer (iMac and Macbook laptops), MP3 player (iPod), mobile phone (iPhone) and their software. The company followed the product differentiation with premium price. Innovation for the best products is the key slogan for the company operation. Apple also followed to build up an ecosystem between its products with the link including iTunes for managing devises entertainment contents, iOS for iPod and OSX for Mac computers. Relation with stakeholders According to the case study, the key stakeholders of the company included its employees, customers, owners and competitors. Each stakeholder played an important role in the company success.
